I didn't mean to go AWOL, but. RL's been kind of hectic lately, and I've been working a lot to avoid it. I've tried to fic a little in my downtime, but I'm in one of those funks right now where I hate everything I write with a seething, white hot passion. Sigh. This too shall pass.

Anyway, have a HP fic I wrote back in April and completely forgot about.

THE BAD NEWS: I'm moving back to Connecticut (again).

THE GOOD NEWS: I'll probably be able to write again! Something about the east coast makes writing easier.

Yes, I've decided that Connecticut is better than homelessness...spent a day last week collecting cans and bottles and realized that, fuck, this is pointless. So I'm going back to be in the love and to play massive amounts of Guitar Hero with the bff and to be in the cold and to finally go to Angels & Kings!

This is not a failure. And I'm the only one who can look at it like a failure, so I'm not gonna do that. Just look how many times Kerouac flitted across the country, always broke, and he wrote all those fucken books and has miscreants like me looking at him like he's a hero. I should choose better heroes, but it's really not my choice.

So, San Diego, once again our relationship has soured and I'm leaving you. Maybe I've learned my lesson this time and I won't be back. Or maybe I've learned my lesson this time and I will. One thing I know for certain is that abso-fucking-lutely nothing can be for certain.
